Built on a steep, challenging hillside lot, this custom home was thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its incredible views and natural terrain. A walk-out basement level creates functional living space while seamlessly connecting the home to the outdoor environment.
The lower level features a game room, workout space, and direct access to a resort-style pool with dedicated lap lanes, creating the perfect area for recreation and wellness. A balcony above overlooks the pool and surrounding landscape, maximizing the home’s elevated vantage point.
Accessibility was also an important part of the design. A residential elevator was installed to provide easy access between floors and allow all guests to comfortably reach the outdoor pool area.
